Our rotary MIG welding machine ensures that accurate welds are placed to secure the universal joint ends into the high grade tube.
PROPSHAFT BALANCING - Once a complete shaft is built, it will be balanced on our SCHENK rotary balancer. Small balance weights can be welded to the tube, thus counterbalancing any out of balance forces. Although balancing cannot take account of worn items, often a propshaft is balanced after repair, to ensure it is in 'tip-top' condition.
